He started in the software-development and entertainment industry, releasing blockbuster video games, such as Guitar Hero, Lego Racers, and Spider-Man. He has applied his coding and teaching skills as adjunct professor at Northwestern University and as content developer for Excelsior College. In the semiconductor industry at Globalfoundries, Chadd brought technologies online, and trained departments to use the systems. He volunteered and worked with the New York State Department of Labor to help define and implement the NYS Software Developer's Certificate program.
